A multifunctional solution made of three applications: an Admin web, a Client web and a Driver mobile app. It improves efficiency and productivity and gives the company one platform for managing every aspect of customer engagement and service delivery. It connects all participants of the business processes and automates order creation and assignment, which takes a lot of work off the logisticians.
Direxxt wanted to cut cargo delivery costs and stop using BTS System, a third-party service for route optimization and driver monitoring, by having its own software for route optimization and delivery management.

Logisticians build optimized delivery routes and see vehicle and driver data in real time to optimize order assignment. Sections cover driver schedules, the transport catalogue, employees, clients, orders, and Maps and Routes.
Drivers receive orders, mark the status of every delivery and report problems on the road.
